Certificate attestation is required to make foreign-issued documents legally valid for use in the UAE. The process generally involves verification from authorities in the country of origin, followed by UAE Embassy attestation and final attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the UAE.

For documents issued in the Netherlands:

Required Process:

1. Notarization (if required).
2. Apostille from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. Attestation by the UAE Embassy in The Hague.
4. Final attestation by MOFA in the UAE.
