Using UAE-Issued Documents Abroad
Documents issued in the UAE—such as birth certificates, police clearance certificates, or trade licenses—are not automatically valid overseas.
To be accepted internationally, they must undergo Outbound Legalization, which includes:
- MOFA Attestation (UAE)
- Embassy or Consulate Legalization of the destination country (in the UAE)
